The service may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

We guarantee the quality of all of our products. Â When you order from Affiliate Supplements, you are assured that our supplement products are of the highest quality. We ask that you notify us of problems by the next business day after receipt of your order. Â
In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by Affiliate Supplements. Â We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
You can return your item(s) purchased from www.AffiliateSupps.com up to 30 days after the purchase date. Returns may incur a 15% restocking fee to cover label and labor costs associated with producing your custom product.
All merchandise must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. No refunds will be given on merchandise returned 60 days after the original purchase date. Expired products and products expiring in the subsequent 90 days from date of return will not be eligible for a refund.

For new customers, we process and ship new orders within 5 business days from approval of label proofs. For return customers, using existing artwork, we process and ship most orders within 3 business days if your order was placed before 14:00PM ET. Exceptions to this include when your order is larger than existing inventory of labels for your brand. We keep ‘reasonable’ stock of your labels based on previous order volume and frequency. In cases where we do not have full stock of labels required, orders will be shipped out within 5 days. We always wait to ship out the entire order together unless expressly requested by the customer. Additional shipping charges may result from split orders. Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM ET, excluding holidays).
For Contiguous US (Lower 48 States):
Affiliate Supplements uses ground shipping for all of our products shipped within the Contiguous US. We ship orders using FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, OnTrac Ground, USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail. Shipping carrier will be determined by Affiliate Supplements at the time of shipping based on end destination to assure your shipment arrives as soon and as economically as possible. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost.
For Non-Contiguous US (Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico):
Shipping cost will be determined by the standard rates of the preferred carrier.
Affiliate Supplements does not ship internationally at this time. But we hope to in the future.

Shipping times vary between carriers. Once again, Affiliate Supplements will choose the correct carrier to assure your shipment arrives as soon as possible based on where you are located. The shipping times after your package has been processed and shipped are as follows:
